CLUB POLICIES & COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
EFFECTIVE FOR ALL MEMBERS, GUESTS, AND VISITORS

By creating an account, activating a membership, making a reservation, or participating in any ONEMORE activity, you agree to follow these policies. They apply to all members, guests, visitors, spectators, and participants.

REMINDER
ONEMORE Pickleball Club is committed to providing a safe, fair, organized, and enjoyable experience for all. Please review these guidelines before your visit.

01 | ACCOUNT WAIVER & REGISTRATION REQUIRED

Before entering the courts or participating in any activity, every player must have an individual account, complete and sign a liability waiver, and be registered for the specific court or activity. Everyone on the courts, without exception, must be registered for the
session or reservation. Players may not use a court without proper
registration, even if it appears available.

­No registration = no court access.
­Accounts, memberships, reservations, registrations, and waivers may not be shared or transferred.

02 | COURT ACCESS & RESERVATIONS

Players may not
X – Join a court or session without registering
X – Enter Open Play without a reservation
X – Use an empty court without a valid reservation or Club approval
X – Share accounts, memberships, or reservations

If you reserve a court, you are responsible for sending invitations to all players in your group. Every player must accept the invitation and ensure they are properly registered before entering the court. Respect scheduled times — do not enter early, and leave promptly when your session ends.

03 | FREE OPEN PLAY FOR ELIGIBLE MEMBERS

Free Open Play is included with eligible memberships, based on each membership’s benefits. Reservations are required, and space is limited. Cancellation and no-show policies apply, even for included sessions. Only reserve sessions you plan to attend.

04 | WELLNESS MEMBERSHIP

Basic Membership:
Wellness Membership is ONEMORE’s Basic Membership option. Benefits are limited to those included in the specific wellness program.

INCLUDE

  • Access to eligible Open Play sessions
  • Open Play Monday through Friday only

DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Weekend Open Play
  • Paddle rentals
  • Premium membership benefits
  • Member discounts unless specifically listed
  • Services or benefits from higher-tiermemberships

Players must bring their own paddle and equipment. Paddle rentals, if available, require payment. Benefits may not be shared or transferred.

05 | PICKLEBALL BALLS & PLAYER EQUIPMENT

Pickleball balls are not provided for regular play — all players must bring their own balls and equipment, and arrive prepared with proper footwear.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Paddle rentals are included with all memberships except Wellness Basic, and are available at the Club Store
  • Pickleball balls are available for purchase at the Club Store
  • Equipment may be provided for specific programs at ONEMORE’s discretion — but not for regular Open Playor court reservations

06 | CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancel reservations within the required window if you cannot attend. Reserved spots have value and limit availability for others.

Fees apply each time, including Free Open Play. Repeated violations may result in booking restrictions.

07 | MEMBERSHIP FREEZE POLICY
Membership freezes are available only for qualifying medical reasons. Requests must include medical documentation and are subject to approval. Approval is not guaranteed.

X – Work or schedule conflicts
X – Seasonal absence
X – Personal preference or lack of use

08 | CHILDREN & MINORS
Children must be actively supervised at all times. If an adult is playing, another adult must supervise the child off-court.

NOT PERMITTED
X – Unattended children
X – Running through the facility
X – Entering or crossing active courts
X – Court use unless registered for an approved activity
X – Treating empty courts as play areas

ONEMORE may require removal of a child if supervision is inadequate.

09 | PROPER FOOTWEAR & ATHLETIC ATTIRE
Appropriate athletic footwear and clothing are required. Staff may deny court access for improper attire.

NOT PERMITTED
X – Sandals or flip-flops
X – Bare Feet
X – Crocs, slides, or slippers
X – High heels, boots, or dress shoes
X – Open-toe footwear
X – Unsafe or court-damaging footwear

11 | SAFETY, RESPECT & CONDUCT
All individuals must act respectfully and responsibly. Unsafe or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

EVERYONE ON SITE IS EXPECTED TO

Respect others and Club property
Follow court times and capacity limits
Never disrupt sessions or enter without authorization

These policies apply to everyone. Actions depend on severity and frequency.

12 | POLICY UPDATES
ONEMORE may update policies, fees, and membership benefits at any time. The most current version applies. All participants are responsible for understanding current policies and their membership benefits. Unregistered individuals may not enter the playing area.
