I, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, and representatives, fully release and discharge OneMore Pickleball Club and all related parties from any and all claims or liabilities related to personal injury, disability, death, property damage, theft, or financial loss arising from participation in club activities.

This waiver applies even if caused in part by the negligence of the Released Parties, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
