Refund Policy – One + Pickleball Club

At One + Pickleball Club, we strive to provide the best experience possible—whether you’re joining a tournament, purchasing merchandise, or supporting us through fundraisers. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Event Registrations & Tournaments

  • Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start of the event.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, unless due to medical emergencies (with documentation).
  • In the case of event cancellation by the Club, full refunds will be issued automatically.

Fundraisers & Raffle Tickets

  • All sales of raffle tickets and donations are final and non-refundable.
  • If a raffle is canceled or postponed, we will notify all participants and offer appropriate options.

Memberships & Classes

  • Membership fees and class packages are non-refundable once activated.
  • If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us directly so we can work with you to find a solution.

How to Request a Refund

Please email us at refunds@onemorepickleball.club with your order details and reason for the request. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
