Returns Policy – One + Pickleball Club

We want you to love your One + Pickleball Club gear! If something doesn’t work out, here’s how we handle returns:

Eligibility

• Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• Returns are not accepted for final sale items, custom merchandise, or used gear.

Return Process

• Email us at returns@@onemorepickleball.club with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

Exchanges

• We are happy to offer exchanges for sizing issues or defective items, subject to availability.
• If an exchange isn’t possible, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue promptly.
