Diana Polanco, a key member of the Wellness Program at One More Pickleball Club, ensures clients with medical insurance are eligible for membership fee coverage.  She assigns memberships and manages personal information with precision, ensuring a smooth start to clients' wellness journey.

She brings 25 years of experience in the Medical Billing and client interaction.  She is a Certified Ambulance Coder CAC and has extensive knowledge of Medicare, Medicare advantage plans, Medicaid and Commercial insurances as well as with the HIPPA Compliance guidelines.

With her extensive background she is contributing to the club's goal of supporting clients' wellness and is eager to assist and support each and every one of you.
