Gil Tercano

Gil is an Ambassador at One+ Pickleball Club, helping lead community engagement and event growth.

With a background in community banking, he supported local communities through small business support, event sponsorships, and financial literacy initiatives. In his current role at a Fortune 500 fintech company, he applies the same focus on innovation, organization, and relationship-building to his ambassador work. At One+, Gil has helped coordinate themed tournaments and community events. On court, he competed at the JOOLA tournament and earned gold medal with the “3 Amigos” team at a OneMore Pickleball event, along with other local pickleball wins.

Off the court, he supports adaptive sports and raises awareness for muscular dystrophy through his son Landon’s power soccer journey.
